First things first. I am Snipe, but you can call me Bullets, and I will currently be replacing Aztec's role as Mugen Infantry leader. Due to the sudden collapse of the old forum, he has decided to move along and I've decided to resurrect the dead. With my leadership, the forum will be much more different than what it used to.

- Absolutely, NO trolling of any kind on the forum. It is what I heavily disliked about the other forum.
- No Spamming.
- Avatar sizes are 150 x 200.
- Do not try to sell M.U.G.E.N.
- Rules will be edited how I see fit.
